At the start of Zooba Zoo Battle Arena you will be made to choose between Bruce, Nix, and Molly. Each character will be stronger than the others in a particular area. Bruce for example focuses on strength while Molly on speed. Make sure you select the character that best suits your play style because although other characters will become available as you reach higher leagues this may take a while.
Take advantage of the 5-second pre-battle countdown to plan your path. Although there is not a lot of time there is enough to make a decision as to whether you want to stay in that area or move to a different quadrant. Like other battle royal games the decision you make will be based on whether you want to take things slowly or dive into the thick of the action straight away.
Weapons and items can be found scattered across the battle arena but the best gear you will generally find is dropped from eliminated players. Keep in mind you don't have to be the one to eliminate the player in order to benefit from their drops.
Although you will pick up plenty of rewards by simply playing Zooba Zoo Battle Arena you can still earn some free stuff outside of matches. If you visit the store by clicking on it at the upper left of the main screen you can immediately claim extra gold under the dealy deals.
