In order to play as Prototype Raiden, beat the Arcade mode using Raiden and enter the following button presses:
Highlight Apharmd B, press X
Highlight Apharmd S, press X
Highlight Dordray, press X Twice
Highlight Specineff, press X Twice
Highlight Fei-Yen, press X Twice
Highlight Cypher, press X Three times
In order to play as Prototype Temjin, beat the Arcade Mode using Temjin, then enter the following button presses:
Highlight Temjin, press X
Highlight Random, press X
Highlight Raiden, press X twice
Highlight Bal-Bados, press X twice
Highlight Angelan, press X twice
Highlight Grys-Vok, press X three times
When loading the game, hold down the 'A' button. You will be treated to the original and iconic SEGA intro screen!
