Why doesn't my own music play on Online play. Because I made R-Truth and I got his song in my Ps3

It should play to you, but to others online. Same reason you can't put logos on your online blo9kes, your music could contain offensive material.
You won't be able to play custom soundtracks online you have to choose one of the superstar's song.
