Okay iv been three years in gm mode in he game on the top right where it says GM of the year I have 100% how come m not getting the award??

Basically, you aren't recieving the award, or Hall of Fame completion, because you were beaten to 100% by one of your 2 rival brands.
You must obtain 100% in under 2 years basically, as this is usually when they get to 100%.
When it comes on a cut scene, with Vince yelling at you, at how you've failed, this means, you have been beaten to 100%, so you'll have to restart.
No that is not right you must get 100% then win the general manager if you don't win after the 100% then just try next year with the 100%
Never mind what I said superblobby was right you must get 100% before the others do I did it and got it in november of the first year just replace every body with CAW's and when the season starts you pick up the good superstars you will have ratings easy
