How do you get the clown outfit. I know it is in speed track only only one problem-where is it in the speed track?

Its is in the dragon speed track get the magical place in the toybox and then defet it look for the video on youtube to learn how to defeat the magical place and then defeat it with the video and then go on a dragon speedtrack inwitch it soould be the re on the left befroe you are done with the speed track hopw this helped!
