How do your characters on sims get to the park

First,go to your town.next,click the Park.Then,click the simtracker(the button that has 2 people on it) and choose the sim you want to go to the park
NOTE:If you still don't have a Park,you can build it on your town

You click on the Park then press the sim tracker then press the whistle button (but you have to have the park built already)
