Can't find my pets.

I created 2 horses(a male-Blitz- and a female-Fortune-) and a dog(female-Angel-) at the beginning of the game, the horses were lvl 9 jump and lvl 10 race, the government took all of them away(including the dog) because the female horse needed to socialize and I ignored it for like 10 mins 'cause I was doing races with the male. I had no warning from social services( I checked my notes in the corner of the screen and nothing from the Government was there) and they took away all three of the animals! I waited about half an hour-an hour to be able to adopt the animals again but the only animal that I could adopt was the male horse, the dog and female horse had been adopted and I have been searching all over the town for them but can't see them wandering around, I have been searching every resident of the city's house and can't find the horse or the dog and I have been searching for 2 days in real life! The horse would be easy to find as it is a Palamino with pink eyes and a pink mane and tail( the male was black and white with a blue mane and tail) and the dog was a black and pink where the white was with pink eyes. I have looked at the names of the animals in the town and looked at what they look like and can't find them! If you know how to help or who may have adopted them please help, btw the town was Hidden Springs.
