How can I increase my karma points n rewards?
I need more karma points so that I can give my sim a super satisfy before he/she goes to work with a great mood

You get them by being / doing good... The fastest way to build karma seems to be to keep all your needs green?

You can also take care of your sims wishes. Each time your sim takes care of a wish, depending on the amount of lifetime happiness, will increase your Karma by a small or big amount.
