See I have sims 3 pets but I don't have the expashion pack I have the original one but I have been trying and trying and trying to get my sim and dog pregnant but nothing happend HELP

First of all, your Sim and Dog cannot have sex or get each other pregnant. Now if that is NOT what you were asking - because it sounds like what you were asking - then I am sorry for thinking you want your Sim to have sex with it's Dog. Grammar is a very important part of communication.
If what you meant was how each one gets preggers, then you use the Try For Baby option for the Sim. For the Dog it is a relationship thing as well - the two dogs have to be friends then romantic and, once they get to that relationship level, the Try to Mate action appears.
