Game stuck

Game stuck
So my sim had went to the store to buy apples and watermelons(going to try to have twins) and the screen to shop came up but nothing is shown all it says at the top is **Example Store Name and that's it. I tried to press B and nothing happened. It's stuck there. My Xbox isn't frozen either. Please help.

You need to check to see if there is a patch available and if so use it because that is a bug. If a patch does not fix it, you need to submit a help ticket to EA.
