Question for The Sims 3

Why wont it let me edit my sim even when I've done the TestingCheatsEnabled True cheat? It let's me edit some of my sims but not all of them

Sometimes when it won't let you edit them it's becaue they aren't in one of the following outfits. Everyday, Formalwear, Sleepwear, Athletic wear and swim wear. It can also be because they might be pregnant. If there not showing then give it a few sims days and it should show you if there pregnant.

This is true, my sim keeps having the feeling of feeling sick and it may be due to pregnancy however it is not due to changing of clothing, I have already tried ....

I've had toss happen a few times with males, females, and kids of any age. So it can't be because they are pregnant and I usually edit their outfits so I know what outfit they are wearing but the only option I get when I click on them are favorite music, modify traits for active Sim, and trigger she transition.

I tried all but still it only shows options for Modify Traits and Trigger age transiton. I don't know what to do. Do i need a patch to use that cheat or what?

The only way I know how to fix it is trigger age transition
