Well I think it is near the criminal organization job at the top left area of the map,I could be wrong cos I haven't played on it for a bit.

It looks like a folder kinda and it not at the tipity top of the map ok the left but it on the far left

It is the folder in the top left. The name is "Specter Family Mausoleum" if you explore it at night, you will get the achievement: I double dare ya
