Dragon Wall Spots

I know to go to high hrogathar but I have learned all that and killed alduin I just want to ride a dragon. Where is Skaal Village?What is it close to?

Skal Village is on Solstheim. Go to Raven Rock and ask around, someone will mention the village and mark it on the map.
