Is there a way to get back into the thalmor embassy after completing the mission that takes place there?

Let me guess, you are after the Stones of Barenziah. From what I am aware of, no there is not a way back into the actual embassy however the stone is in the cave connected to it. There is a path that goes right past the cave to the right and down from the entrance of the Embassy and inside is a Frost Troll and the Stone. It may take you a little to find the cave but it is there. Also it has no marker what-so-ever so you need to keep an eye out for it. Remember that the cave actually connects to the Embassy so it is essentially right under it.
