And yet another incredibly vague answer by hatershateme! You're on a roll!
There are only two ways for you to become a vampire:
- Allow a vampire to hit you; don't just "fight" him, you need to let him inflict some damage. There's a small chance you'll contract the disease every time you receive a melee hit. You can find a list with Vampires locations here.
- Join the Dark Brotherhood. Eventually, after completing a few quests, one of the members will offer you the gift of vampirism. To join the Dark Brotherhood, you must kill someone. Sleep, and you will then be offered the opportunity to join.
You need to wait three days for the disease to take effect. Please note that there are several disadvantages to being a Vampire, so think about what you're doing! Hope this helps.
There is actually a third way to contract Porphyric Hemophilia, as long as you have the 'Mehrunes Razor' official plug in. What you do is you eat the beating heart ingredient given to you by Msirae Faythung, you will be infected with Porphyric Hemophilia (Vampire disease) as well as another disease.
Being a vampire can randomly happen, or you need to find one. Sometimes sleeping in your house bed can trigger a vampire biting you in your sleep. You can also fight a vampire can you will get diseased. Let the disease stick around for a few days, and you will become a vampire.
Try sleeping in a unknown cave, it may take a few tries but it works pretty fast overall.
