im tryin to get the special power from the finger of the mountains bood that eryana talked about. but i cant find the stone needed to activate the pillar. can anybody tell me how to find it?

ok This is a rough location. It is located in the north wertern area of your map. it is called something with a cloud. I dont recommend you doing this though unless you are an extremly high level and then i say only get it just so you can have everything. This spell is not very good its weak and uses alot of magic power compared to other similar spells.
