blackwater brigands
1 is there a blackwater brigands
Hide/safe house coz I was speakin to 1 of them and they sed there base was in bravil
2 wer is the location of the king mudcrab
3 what is a good cave for loot

1. I don't know try poking around Bravil or Googling it.
2. It is in Green mead Cave on the Gold Road between Skingrad and the Imperial City.
3. I would say Rockmilk Cave which is between Bravil and Leyawiin. It has marauders and bandits killing each other and if you're a high level you get really good armor and weapons.

The blackwater brigands don't have a base. It was just added in the quest on the boat to allow you an alternative way of completing the quest without killing the leader. Another good cave for loot is the cave you need to got to to free the ogres for the Daedra Orc Lords quest. Depending on your level they have great armor and weapons as well. Most other caves have randomly placed loot.
