help for spirits have lease quest plz
I've been stuck on the quest where spirits have lease for a couple weeks and I need to knoe, how can I get velwyn benirus to come lift the curse at the manor

When ou find out it is cursed he is all ready in Imperial City. Find him and tell him of the curse. He won't come unless you show him the skeleton hand that is in the broken vase in the manor in anvil on the first floor.

You have to go to an INN in Anvil...where he is supposed to be. Get some tips from some people and they will tell you he is in the Imperial City. After that he will help you. It gets harder after that.

I forgot but I think you have to fight this thing or get him an item,but I kee I was given a terrible deal.5000 gold for a house thats haunted:(
