I am pretty sure you have to do all the other shrine quests before you do Hermaeus Mora. There is no way to get to the upper floors, I'm almost positive about that. There is no "super jump", but the higher your acrobatics the farther you can fall, and the higher and farther you can jump, so I would say 100 skill. You can walk on water when you have a skill of 100(athletics or acrobatics).

poleio answered:

1.you have to have beaten all the other shrines

2.just try haggleing and buying stuff from them

3.you cant

4.Not too sure you can do superjump

Black Mamba 19 answered:

Oh I forgot number two. You would have to trade a lot, but if it is a major skill it's a lot easier. Try haggling as best as you can because the better you haggle the quicker you gain skill.

Must Beat EVERY Deadric shrine to get to the Hermeaus Mora shrine...

The BEST way to get it up is find a low level merchant and buy ALOT of arrow and sell them one by one by one changing the offering each time.

There are two ways to get to the top of the Imperial Palace. One is the paint brush glitch but you will only be outside of the palace not inside and the second way is when you are on the last quest of the thevis guild you go into the tower to steal the elder scroll. You enter the Barracks and you must pick pocket the key from one of the guards. Save before you do this cause the probability is very slim of the gaurd not noticing so save when you enter.

And for a super jump you need 100 Acrobatics and the boots of Springheel Jack. To get the boots when your on the final theves guild quest you jumkp down a shoot to escape you have to take off the boots before you hit the ground and you'll still have the boots intact. This will enable you to have the highest jump possible
Hope this helps=) Kidfly

Here's an easy way to raise mercantile: go to the imperial city market district. Buy all of the ingredients that are under 10 gold from the Gilded Carafe, the Merchants Inn, the Feed Bag, Three Brothers Trade Goods (the long haired guy), and the Main Ingredient. Then make all of the ingredients into potions (start by using all of the ingredients that do NOT restore fatigue...you'll get rid of more ingredients that way), and sell all of the potions to either the Main Ingredient (apprentice of mercantile) or to Sinderion (the guy in the cellar of an inn in Skingrad, a novice of mercantile). Persuade the merchant and haggle as high as you can go. You'll make fast money and mercantile skill.
