I got bit by a vampire and went to the witches house to get the cure, but I can't find more empty grand soul gems. Anyone know where to find/buy some. Nobody will talk to me because I am a vampire, so I can't do anything.

That's got to suck being a Vampire. You can either buy some anywhere, or find some in caves. I don't know, but maybe you can release a Grand Soul Gem to make it empty.

You need to feed on sleeping NPCs; this will reduce your vampire level, allowing you to talk to NPCs.
You can buy empty Grand Soul Gems from the Mystic Emporium in the Market District.
