How do I recharge my enchanted items because my sufferthorn is completely flat lol... Plz help

In just about every mages guild and the arcane university there is a person who recharges your items. You can also use charged soul gems to recharge your items. The last way you can recharge items is by using varla stones that you find in ruins. Hope this helps!

There are people in almost every mages guild who will recharge them. You could also use soul gems with souls in them or varla stones. There is a varla stone in one of the display cases in castle chorrol.

Use soul gems w/ souls or varla stones. OR you could pay Mages or Fighter members to charge it for a fee.
