Vampire

I slept in the arena and I woke up and it said that I had been bitten and that I was a vampire. Why did this happen? I am not a part of the dark brotherhood.

One of the guys in the arena is a vampire. He might have bitten you.

The Gray Prince is a vampire so he might have bitten you but he is only half and he doesn't know he is a vampire until you finish the quest he asks you to do so I wouldn't think he turned you into one. Did you check active effects to see if you had Porphyric Hemophilia[guessed on spelling], you might have already been bitten and the disease is taking full effect. Hope this helps.

Lol dude that sucks...idk what could have happened though sorry.like black mamba said you may have been bitten before and it's now takin full effect..

I can relate to that, I was sleeping in arch-mage bed in arcane university (yes, it was after he killed himself) and I was bitten too. So, I did the vampire cure quest. O, and black mamba, you spelled it right.

I assume you were bit before and the vampirism is taking full effect.
