im confused!!!!

Some of my m8s say that there is an unbreakable lock pick but I can't find it anywhere
I've looked at the other questions asked but I can't find any help for it!

Any ideas, no matter how un-detailed will seriously help

Theres a deadric shrine called the nocturnal shrine if you walk around the imperial city theres this guy in a white mage's robe( srry don't know his name). He tells you the location of a lot of the deadric shrines. But if you can't find him I think it's located SW of the Imperial City. If you complete the quest you get the skeleton key which is an unbreakable lock pick.

The Srine of Nocturnal is to the northeast of the southermost city (i think it's Leyawin) you have to be level 10 or 15 to start the quest though,but it's not too hard to complete and before you get your hopes up....no it will not go into the jails with you because it's a miscelaneos item not considered an actual lockpick....

Lol, thats because you have to complete nocturnal's quest first. You have to be level 15 because you are going to be fighting trolls.
