2 Members of the Thieves Guild

I've got the quest to go and find the 2 guys from the thieves guild, but I don't know wear the Garden of Daraloth is, can anyone give me directions???

Sure, in the imperial waterfront walk along the sides of that temple looking thing until you see some cabins and you will find a guy call Armond Cristophe like around 12 at night he will will be holding a torch along with 2 other people he says you have to race to find a book ask the hobos for 10 gold and they will tell you
