Closing the oblivion gate
I have closed many gates to oblivion, and am doing a quest for the count in skingrad. He needs me to close a gate to oblivion, and then he will send help to bruma. I have reached the top of the tower, and I cannot grab the sigil stone, the grab icon does not appear, I have tried loading an auto save game and it still does not work any suggestions.

Try reloading all the way from the beginning. Like all the way to when you first enter the oblivion gate!

Your game is most likely glitched to where you can't grab it, which sucks. You will most likely have to start over. You can try getting it in different positions, back off just a little from the stone, go behind it and try to grab it, so on and so forth. If nothing works, try starting over.
