How do I start flashing,hoing,streaking and how do I get a prostitue or a see a person with blurred out nic-nockers cause my friend said if you zoom in with a sniper rifle you glitch through the blur (not being perverted just wanna prove him wrong). Where are underground caverns I'm doing a hitman mission to kill russle I think his name is and I can't find him I've already checked underground by the cloth shop in factory district or something.

To start flashing, you have to go to your crib and take off your clothes and put on the trench coat if you hve one. To streak is the same way except for the coat part. But to start the activities, you have to tap down on the directional pad. To do the hoing activitie, you have to go to the gas station and head to the bathroom. To find russel, you have to go to the very botomand walk arund for a little and he will eventually pop up
