First obtain a pistol. Walk up to someone and click the right thumb stick. Point the pistol at them for a few seconds and they will put their hands in the air. Keep it pointed at them for a few more seconds and they will drop some money and run. Congradulation, you have completed a mugging.

You can use any gun o up to somebody press the right anolgog stick and they should drop some money

Ok, to mug someone you need a gun, and the person can't be frightened or fleeing. When you find the person you want to mug you click the right anolog stick and you'll go into fine aim. Once in fine aim you just hover your crosshair over the person and over a few seconds they'll drop some money down on the ground and if you mug fifty (50) people you'll get a new homie called Jane Vallerama. (The news reporter person in the game, who shows up in the news van)
