How do you use homies???

I was wondering why everytime I try to call one of my homies it says they are unavalible? I have Tobias and on a different file I had all of them.

Same thing with me I think it depends on the time and where you are, but I'm not 100% sure

It depends on your locations, it probably wouldn't work well if you're flying over the ocean, but you should try it in diffrent places to see if it works in the area or not.

You can only call the same homie once per game session the game session being what ever your doing before starting any activity or mission and if your in reach of a pedestrian area near any road not in the sea or up on a tall building, but if you progress in any way by starting a activity you can call that same homie again
Sometimes homies may get killed before reaching you resulting in the homie not avaliable message, also
You cannot call homies during some missions as a rule because it's calling for help.
