To get the pimp clothes, you have to fully complete one of the snatch activities. (Like do all 8 levels of the one in the Carnales area) It will give you the suit. You get multiple colors, so you're actually getting like 4 or 5 different ones. You have to get the shades from a jewelry store though.

You can also get a pimp cane shotgun only with the cheat though
You get the pimpcane shotgun for doing all of the snatch missions. Not just the cheat. I forgot to add that.
You get pimp clothes, pimp jewlery, a Baron car (the car the pimps ride in), and the Pimp Cane which is a very powerful Shotgun. You get these things by completing all the eight levels on the Snatch activities.
