Question for Mercenaries 2: World in Flames

I just bought Mercenaries 2 World in Flames for Xbox 360 (used) that doesnt have a scratch on it, and as soon as I start it up and get to the main menu of the game, it freezes pretty much immediately. Why is this happening and why can't I get this to work right?

If you have xbox live it will freeze so create a new profile and no xbox live

Try another game or demo developed by EA that requires an EA account in order to play online. I have heard about this problem ALOT. But one thing I had that my friends who attempted to play this game did not is an EA account due to Bad Company. Try the demo for Army of Two or play Bad Company and make sure your EA account is connected to your LIVE account.
If that doesn't work, then perhaps I'm one of the few who snagged a working version. Who knows?

Best way to fix this anoying problem that I blame EA for is to download the 'army of two' demo and go online on that and it will ask you to become a member of ea. So after you do this the game will work. Hope your as happy as me. Cos this is a great game!

What you need to do is sign into a other profile then it wont freeze on that profile click new game then when it is loding first mission on that profile sign out then sign into the profile that you want to play on then it should work
