Person in peril in the picture frame out?
I can't get the student in peril that is near the owlery?

The guy to the left with his head in the dirt is not a student in peril, he is the guy you knocked out of the window from within the Owlery earlier. The students in peril are the guy in the wrapped up scroll, and the Time-Turner stuck in the bird feeder.
