How do you throw stuff and if you have one can you send me a mythic mappack level sandbox level with the telaporter where the skull is

If you got an gernade throw it with the LT butten,if you have picked up an item that pops up next to the gernades (in the upper left corner) click X
And if you have a skull in your hand I belive press press the RT butten

Use the "LT" button to throw stuff.
