tilt skull cortana
I'm stuck on cortana I've been in the room before you get to cortana and pick up the skull but it wont let me get the acheviment am I ding something wrong or is that skull the decoy please give description that is the last skull I need to get

In order to gain acheivement by picking up the skulls, you must be doing the game at normal mode or higher.

No you guy's are wrong there are different skulls some don't have acheivements that is why it doesn't work

It must be done on normal, heroic, or legendary for the skulls.

All wrong. The tilt skull is a silver skull so there is no achievement for it. Pretty much the only right part is you have to do it on normal or higher.
