Ive been playing halo 3 online for a couple of weeks and I'm doing well in my ranks but alot of the other players know little cheats to come out on top like lunging from far away just for a beatdown. (not with the sword) I asked someone and they said there was a button sequence. Is there a list or something you can give me of any of these tactics?

Its not really a cheat. Theres no button sequence or anything. I do it quite alot from behind enemies. For some reason you can just do it from a distance unlike in halo 2 when you had to be really close up to the target for you to melee them. Hope this helps

No, there is no cheat. It is just a lung that was applied to the melee in Halo 3.
