On mission Cortana is their team mats on it because the floods are every where

The only teammates you are going to get is if you have a friend go through with you. Then after you rescue Cortana when you are almost at the Pelican the Arbiter is there to help. Good Luck

The only teammates that will be there with you is if your playing co-op.
