Why doesn't the cheats code for super blow and bullet GT work

OK the cheat codes for GTA4 are game-specific.
What that means is that Bullet GT - for example - ONLY works when you are playing Ballad of Gay Tony. You cannot use that for the regular game.
As for Super Blow, I have to say I thought I knew all of the cheats and specials in GTAIV - it is my second most fav game in the GTA series (Vice City being my favorite).
That said, I have never heard of that cheat.
