Ok it always happens now every time I leave a house or something I hear I gun shot it's startin' to freak my bro out little I should say some one please tell me why this keeps happening to my I would be so releaved thanks

It must be a glitch. What probably happened is that you went out and made a scene by either shooting someone and got the cops involved dso you went inside to escaped them. Then saved and when you go outside it probably glitched and the cop never left and is still trying to shoot you.

I agree with marty it's a glitch and the only way to get rid of it is to restart your game.

technaclly all of you are wrong its niko's mind thinking of what happend to roman because at romans wedding he gets shot and theres a scream which is roman's wife screaming "ROMANN!!!!".dun,dun......................dddduuuuunnnnn
