I'am wondering how you can do paramedic and cabbie I get in ambalance's and taxi car's and I can't do pick any body up please I need help here please and thank you

You can't do that in this game, if you ask me I found it quiet annoying but still kind of good for the extra money, rockstar left out some good features, such as pimping out your car, vigilante/ambulance/cabbie, and much more

To be honest, I don't think you can, the game hasn't really improved you know, Rockstar was rushing.

You can't be a paramedic or a taxi driver in this game. They took this out.

You can do taxi missions for roman once your like meter is at a high enoug level.
But you can't do paramedic missions, unfortunately.

You can do taxi missions after you reach a serton point in the game but you'll less that after a well cos (spoler) romons cap place gets burt down(end spoler)
But you can't do paramedic missions.

No paramedic, no taxi if you don't count Roman's business. Rockstar took it out of GTA IV, but it was in GTA: SA.
