blue men on map
These blue men markers on the map is there a special time they come on there or what and can you help these people all the time and the game as much as you want to or is just for a while please help me out thank you

To find the exact location, first find a computer and then go to www.whattheydonotwantyoutoknow.com/index2.html and then press on Sick freaks to avoid. Hope this helps.

There are certain times the random characters are shown on the map although I don't know the specific times for any of them. Find the random charcters map somewhere online and it will help you find all of them.

Theblue men markers are the 'Random Characters' of the game, which are unlocked after certain missions, and only appear on the radar when you are reltively close to them.
1. Brian - complete Roman's first or second mission, and he'll be by the cab place.
Mel- Complete Manny's missions/
Badman - complete Little Jacob's mission 'Shadow'
Cheryse-Dwayne's girl, after you complete Hollanf play or sumit.
The Puerto Rican Connection unlocks Ilena Faustin
Jeff- (The best by far =p) Complete 'photoshoot' for playboy X
These are thenonly ones I have written down I'm afraid, sorry.
There are 14 of them, and some have more than one meeting. Obviously, you must have done meeting 1, to get meeting 2, etc.

Those blue men are people ou have to meet as part of the game.
They are there at all times of the day, and dissapear when you finish the mission for that person.
Some of them have different missions in different locations.
Check the GTA 4 walkthrough for further info.
