You inut the cheat codes via your cell phone. Pressing Up, on the D-Pad twice will bring up the numbers, and ou then dial the numbers needed, to activate the cheat.

Not totally sure, but you don't buy them, as far as I know, you unlock them, as you progress through the story.

Mini games on this are pretty decent. You have fo play bowling, 8 ball, darts, have car races, and then on top, there are many more features available through Xbox LIVE.

There are two or 3 Pay n Sprays in each Island, with a few car washes, to rid the dirt.

Yes, the helicopters come after 3 stars, larger SUB vehicles boats ect on 4, and whatever they have, and the whole force, when you get higher.

The in-game internet, can only be accessed from the internet cafes, in Liberty City. And there are set websites you can visit. Car Dealers, Internet Dating, and the junk mail links you get through email, which provide many lulz.

You can park your car outside in the yellow parking space, and it will stay there.

Theres 1 on the first island, not sure about anymore.

Is the Wanted Level the same as in SA (heli-coppers chase on 3 Star)?
Helecopters come at 2 stars :D, but yeah, it's pretty much the same, exeptits alot harder to get away of you have 4 + stars.

Can the in-game internet be acessed everywhere?
No, only at computers

Is the in-game internet like the internet in "real world" homes (look up websites)?
Sort of, there are pre-oaded web pages that you cajn broswse, but you can't browse google and stuff.
