Firelance is a completely Random occurence.
There is no way to make Firelance appear.
A high Luck helps you though.
Keep an ear out for a big bang.

Firelance is a random encounter. When it happens a falling meteor will appear in the sky. You will hear a bang. Look in the sky. Then follow it as much as you can. If you have dogmeat this will be alot easier because you can have him search for weapons when you get close.

The firelance is a more powerful version of the alien blaster only found randomly it falls from the sky after a loud explosion if dogmeat is your follower he will find it for you
