The Vengeance Gatling Laser can be found in the blood grotto of the innermost chamber of the Deathclaw Sanctuary. The Deathclaw Sanctuary can be found in the middle of the northwestern area of the map. You find the sanctuary east of Broadcast Tower KB5, west of the Dickerson Tabernacle Chapel and north of Mount Mabel Campground.

Lucky's Grocer is at the southwestern corner of the map south of Tenpenny Tower and the Warrington Trainyard and Warrington Station.

You can find Venegence deep within the Deathclaw sanctuary. Pack heavy, as Deathclaws aren't pushovers, even for level 20s.

Lucky's Grocer is a neat little place that can be found close to Tenpenny tower. If you're having trouble finding it, accept the quest "Tenpenny Tower" and when you get to the place where the ghouls are, head to the surface via the exit right next to where you find Michael Masters at. When you get out, look around for a parking lot and two buildings. The building on the left is Lucky's. Inside, if you don't mind some bad karma, you can kill the Scavenger and loot the place. You'll find lots of junk for custom weapons, a few missiles, a Nuka-Cola Quantumn, a bunch of caps (Locked up in a safe near the cash register) the Lucky Sunglasses (On the statue in the back of the place) and lots of other goodies. When you leave, there's normally Talon Company mercs or Regulators, so be careful.
