Not sure if this is a question or not..
but you get it at the Westcliff shooting range. You have to score 175 or higher in one game.

Youre saying that u will trade for the red dragon? (the name of the weapon from the shooting range) U can get it easily your self if ur doin it right. if ur not already, try using the master/steel flintlock pistol, and try to go for more head shots then body shots, thats wat work for me. And it try rasing the offer because the wepon is REALLY awesome
