Really big horns, red eyes, gray skin, and some odd red markings on your body.

It depends if you're a guy or a chick if you're a chick you're horns grow down and if you're a guy they grow up. But yeah you get gray skin red eyes and red lines on you're body.

Well I know for a fact being corrupt helps make the horns bigger because I was good but corrupt and had massive horns
