How do I finish this quest (title) were you have to seduce alex but I gave him (i am the girl) the rejection note before I married him so e went to kill himself then it says to go back to the ghost in rookridge but there there is an unending scene there is there a way to reload

An unending scene? That shouldn't be there. You don't have to talk to either of them. Just sit there while they argue, and Alex will eventually notice you and ask why you're there, and realize that you were recruited by the other ghost for revenge, and then Alex will run away, and the quest should become completed. If it doesn't complete after that, try leaving the area and coming back, resetting your console, or if all else fails, you might need to start a new hero.
