Donate gold at the temple of light 1000 gold at a time. You will get good every time. Also try getting your purity up by lowering the price on properties and your skin should change back.

I believe that either getting more good or purity points will bring some color back to your skin. To get good, donate a lot of gold to the Temple of Light between 12:00 PM and 12:59 PM (In game time). Also, eating tofu and other things not from animals like apples will boost purity and goodness. Taking Bounty Hunting Missions are good ways as well, as is taking the good side of quests (Just saying one word: Sacrifice. Just in case you haven't beaten the game, just remember that word if you want to get good.)
