Beat the game with the true ending and overtime mode,once that is done,max out you level.Once all of that is done start infinite mode,collect all the books that help out with adding health bounes to food (3 of them).Collect good food like wine,steak,pizza and make a fort.Once that's done wait 14 hours.Remember your health depletes.I think it takes about 20 minutes before you die from starvation.
