Question for CSI: Deadly Intent

I am in chater 2 I have found all of the evidence and did everything I was suppose to... The walk through is telling me to use the dna blood from thw sword as evidence well when I go talk to hank that isnt one of the evidence options... Jus like I'm am suppose to use the vidoe as evidence so that I can get hanks phone well it's not letting me use the evidence
