First, you asked this question in the Black Ops Section (the one for the first game, not Black Ops 2). Black Ops 2 is NOT the same game.

This map was previously only available to players who purchased the Hardened version.

Up to March 15 2014 you could get it for free if you had the Season Pass. But since then it has gone to PAY ONLY. You can get it from the Xbox LIVE Marketplace for $4 or from PS Store for $5. You can also get it for $5 from Steam. What you can not do is get it for free. There IS no code for that mate.

There is no code - you purchase the map from the store.
