Can you get maps without internet?

Plezz guys I don't have internet and I really want to play shi no numa,der rise,and moon plezz :'(

No you need internet. You need to be able to access the black ops store through multiplayer and the only way to do that is with an internet connection and if you have the 360 version you will need an x box live account.

I suggest you take your Xbox to somewhere with internet like a hotel or a friends house and download it there.
